About Me

I believe in the power of story.

Though I started my college experience with a focus on politics, I was quickly drawn to communication because of my love of stories. I believe that each person and organization has a unique story to tell. My job is to be the channel through which that story is communicated. Be that through digital media or written statements, I am to convey the unique aspects of your story to the correct audience.

My love for politics is still a large part of me and I hope to combine these two passions in my professional life. Some of the most important, yet untold, stories are the ones of those overlooked by our government. As we seek a better future for America, these stories are essential.

“Storytelling is our obligation to the next generation. If all we are doing is marketing, we are doing a disservice, and not only to our profession, but to our children, and their children. Give something of meaning to your audience by inspiring, engaging, and educating them with story. Stop marketing. Start storytelling.”

I currently live and attend college in the Denver area. When I am not in class or studying, you can find me outside in the beautiful Rocky Mountains. Snowshoeing and hiking are some of my favorite activities. I also enjoy making floral arrangements, a skill I learned during my two summers of wedding planning.
